Rates:
Our rates reflect the facilities offered
dependent upon season.. The cost of booking includes electricity
and air-conditioning. All bed linen and household towels
are provided. The villa is fitted with smoke alarms and
an automatic sprinkler for the
lawn. Household towels should
not be used within the pool area.
All prices quoted are exclusive of Sales and Tourist Development taxes at a
current combined rate of 13% unless otherwise stated in our quotation. We reserve the
right to pass on any increase in
the rate of taxes to all bookings
in accordance with Florida County
Tax legislation.
Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of £100/$200 per week or part thereof
is required for all bookings together
with full payment of any optional extras
for forward book with our American
agents.
Balance:
The full balance and the Security Deposit,
must be paid at least 10 weeks prior
to your arrival date at the villa.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT
TO CANCEL THE BOOKING AND RETAIN
YOUR DEPOSIT IF THE FULL BALANCE
IS NOT PAID BY THE DUE DATE. |
Cancellation Charges
We must receive notification in writing
as soon as possible if you wish to
cancel your booking. The
following charges will be applied:
Up to 6 weeks prior to arrival date
- full deposit
2 - 6 weeks prior to arrival date -
50% of total cost
Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival
date - 100% of total cost.
Security Deposit:
The Security Deposit of £250/$350 must always be paid and will
be refunded within 28 days of your departure from the villa, as long
as no problems have occurred. Loss of the villas contents,
damage that is not considered normal
wear and tear, excessive electricity or cleaning bills, may result
in part or all of your Security Deposit not being refunded. It
should be noted that should the security deposit prove an insufficient
balance to cover such losses/damage, an invoice for the remaining
balance will be payable and will be accompanied by a fully itemised
report indicating the cost of such repairs/losses.
Insurance:
We strongly advise that you take
out full holiday insurance at the
time of booking. This
should cover cancellation charges,
as well as damage or loss to the villa, for which you are responsible
during your stay.
We,
the owners, and our agents
accept no responsibility
for any personal injury,
accidents, death, or loss
or damage to persons or personal
effects whilst staying in
the villa. Please
be extra careful when using
the swimming pool or deck area,
especially with children. |
Force Majeure:
We, the owners, and our agents are
not responsible for any loss, damage
or changes due to circumstances beyond
our control. These include
strikes, floods, airport closures
or extreme weather conditions.
Management Company:
You will be given details of our
local Management Company with your
final confirmation. This
is your point of contact for any problems or complaints that you
may have during your stay. They can also arrange mid-term
cleaning for you for which a charge
will be payable locally.
Cleaning:
The villa is cleaned and inspected
before and after each rental - if
you are not satisfied, please contact
the Management Company immediately .
Pool Heating:
The pool heating system is available
at additional cost for the period
October to early May (eg the winter season). Heating equipment is activated by our Management
Company in Florida upon forward request. Guests are not permitted
to access the pool heating system
at any time during their stay and any changes to the timing system
must be requested directly with the Management Company as detailed
in the information folder contained within the villa.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE IN THE
VILLA OR IT'S GROUNDS
WE, THE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS CAN REFUSE
TO TAKE A BOOKING, OR REFUSE THE RIGHT OF ENTRY AT ANY TIME.
ONLY THE PERSONS NAMED
ON THE BOOKING FORM ARE ALLOWED
TO STAY IN THE VILLA.
